We replace your damaged phone for a low fee and send a new unit with a prepaid return label. You can easily transfer your data to the new device before returning the old one, which we then recycle responsibly.

At Refurbly Flex we want to keep things simple. We offer one clear 12-month subscription period to make your decision easy.
After that period you can either 1) continue subscribing at the same fixed monthly price, 2) return the product completely free of charge, or 3) upgrade to a newer model with ease.
You can also choose to buy out the phone if you wish. The choice is entirely yours!
Don’t worry — you can easily end Refurbly Flex after your subscription period directly in My pages.
You can also get a clear overview of your subscription and handle things like requesting an upgrade, managing payment details and more directly in the portal.
Each month an automatic charge is made to the payment card you chose at checkout, processed securely via Stripe — so Refurbly Flex stays worry-free and you never miss a payment or risk service interruption.
Unfortunately we don’t offer this yet, but we’re working on a solution and plan to launch it in 2025. You’ll then be able to trade in your old phone for a discounted monthly price.
