2) Enjoy the phone
- The phone is delivered free within 1–3 business days — beautifully packaged in our Refurbly box. Perfect to give as a gift.
- If an accident happens or the phone is stolen, you quickly get a replacement thanks to our included insurance. A low 299 SEK deductible applies.
- All our phones are unlocked — freely choose the plan that best suits your family's needs.
3) Continue, upgrade or end
- After the first 12 months you can easily adapt the phone's future to your child's needs.
- 1) Switch to a newer phone at no extra cost,
2) continue the subscription as usual,
3) end the service with free return, or
4) buy out the device at residual value. - On return our technicians wipe all data and refurbish the device before it is ready for its next adventure.

After that period you can either 1) continue subscribing at the same fixed monthly price, 2) return the product completely free of charge, or 3) upgrade to a newer model with ease.
You can also choose to buy out the phone if you wish. The choice is entirely yours!
Don’t worry — you can easily end Refurbly Flex after your subscription period directly in My pages.
You can also get a clear overview of your subscription and handle things like requesting an upgrade, managing payment details and more directly in the portal.
Each month an automatic charge is made to the payment card you chose at checkout, processed securely via Stripe — so Refurbly Flex stays worry-free and you never miss a payment or risk service interruption.
Unfortunately we don’t offer this yet, but we’re working on a solution and plan to launch it in 2025. You’ll then be able to trade in your old phone for a discounted monthly price.
