Get started with Flex — easy, smart and sustainable
1) Find your new phone
- Check out our selection and choose the phone you’d like to subscribe to.
- A transparent phone case and pre-installed screen protector are included for extra protection.
- Place your order to start a Refurbly Flex subscription. The order is treated as an application and the subscription is activated after an approved credit check.
2) Enjoy your phone
- After an approved credit check, your phone is delivered within 1–3 business days — always with free shipping. Then it’s time to enjoy your new phone!
- If your phone breaks or is stolen during the subscription, we’ll quickly arrange a replacement unit. A small damage fee of 299 SEK applies.
- The phone is also carrier-unlocked, so you can use a plan from any operator you want.
3) Continue or return
- After your first 12 months you can choose to 1) continue the subscription unchanged or commit to a lower price, 2) upgrade your phone at no extra cost, 3) end the service with free return, or 4) buy out the device at residual value.
- On return, our technicians wipe all data from the device and refurbish it before it’s ready for its next adventure.
